Renewing a driver's license does not require a blood pressure test. Documents needed for license renewal: Apply for the renewal procedure three months before the driver's license expires. Visit the local vehicle management office to obtain and fill out the "Motor Vehicle Driver Physical Condition Certificate" and the "Motor Vehicle Driver Application Form." Then, proceed to the hospital or medical center designated by the vehicle management office for a physical examination according to the required process. License renewal process: Within 90 days before the driver's license expires, bring your ID card, driver's license, physical condition certificate, and three ID photos to the issuing vehicle management office. Obtain and fill out the "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application Form," then submit it along with the other documents to process the renewal. After paying a small processing fee, you will receive your new driver's license.
