How to Wire a Car Subwoofer?
1 Answers
Take power from the positive terminal of the battery, install a fuse on this wire, and route the wire harness to the interior of the car through a suitable location. Install a switch inside the cabin, twist the end of the wire to the positive terminal of the subwoofer, and also route the REM wire along with the positive power wire. You can connect wires from the original car speakers, install an audio interface, use a dedicated audio wire harness, and plug it into the subwoofer jack. Alternatively, you can tap into the speaker wires and connect them to the subwoofer's audio interface using a wire harness. After the subwoofer is installed, you can manually adjust the volume using the buttons on it to select the sound effect that suits you best.
