How to View Dash Cam Footage on a Range Rover Evoque?

If the dash cam comes with a display screen, you can generally directly view the playback on the dash cam itself. Remove the memory card from the dash cam, insert it into a card reader, and then connect it to a computer to access and search through the folders in the content. Connect the dash cam to a computer using a USB cable. The computer will recognize the dash cam as a mass storage device and display a prompt on the screen. Download the corresponding app on your smartphone, then connect to the dash cam's WiFi to view the dash cam footage in real-time.
The built-in dash cam in my Range Rover Evoque can be viewed through the central control screen. After the vehicle is parked, just tap the dash cam icon in the main menu to playback recordings. Remember to insert a memory card to save videos - a 64GB high-speed card is recommended as it can store about a week's footage. For aftermarket dash cams, simply download the corresponding app and connect to the device's WiFi. However, the factory system has a minor drawback: video export requires removing the memory card and using a computer, as direct transfer to mobile isn't possible. During a rear-end collision incident, I had to pull out the card to copy the footage for the police - while the video quality was excellent, the process was somewhat cumbersome.
