How to Use the Manual Mode in Magotan's Tiptronic Transmission?

Press the brake pedal and pull the gear lever downward to engage the drive mode, then push the lever to the right to enter manual mode. When gear shifting is required, push the lever forward to upshift or pull it backward to downshift based on the above operation.
My Volkswagen Magotan's manual mode is actually quite easy to get used to. When in D gear, just push the gear lever to the right to enter manual mode, and the dashboard will display the current gear. To accelerate, push the lever forward to upshift; for overtaking or climbing hills, pull it backward to downshift—the transmission won't shift automatically. I often use manual mode in city traffic jams, keeping it fixed in 2nd gear to avoid the jerky feeling of frequent automatic shifts. On long downhill slopes, locking it in a lower gear allows engine braking, reducing brake pad wear. To return to automatic mode, simply push the lever to the left. Manual mode is especially useful on mountain roads, allowing precise control of RPMs through continuous curves—much more flexible than just relying on the throttle.
