Haval H6 cruise control switch is located in the functional area on the right side of the steering wheel. CRUISE is for turning the cruise control on or off, and SET- is for setting the cruise speed. Press CRUISE to activate the cruise control function, and the dashboard will light up. Increase the vehicle speed to the desired cruising speed. Press the SET- button, and the cruise light on the dashboard will turn green, indicating that the cruise control is set. After releasing the accelerator, the vehicle will maintain the set speed. Press CRUISE to turn off the cruise control, and the cruise light will go out. When the function is not needed, the cruise control should be completely turned off.

When driving my 3rd-gen H6 on the highway, I basically can't do without cruise control – it saves so much leg effort! See that row of buttons on the right side of the steering wheel? First press the cruise button that looks like a speedometer with an arrow, and a white cruise icon will light up on the dashboard. Drive to your desired speed, say 80 km/h, then pull the SET lever downward – the icon turns green when speed is locked. To adjust speed, flip the lever up/down; each click changes speed by 1 km/h. Braking or pressing CANCEL pauses the system, while RES resumes the last set speed. Remember to keep a firm grip on the wheel – the system automatically brakes downhill to maintain speed, but during heavy rain it's safer to control manually, and always maintain proper following distance.

Should You Repair or Replace a Damaged Car Engine Block?

When the car engine block is slightly damaged, repair is sufficient. However, if the damage is severe, the car engine needs to be replaced. Below is detailed information about car engines: 1. Overview: The car engine is the device that provides power to the vehicle, determining its performance, fuel efficiency, stability, and environmental friendliness. Depending on the power source, car engines can be classified into diesel engines, gasoline engines, electric vehicle motors, and hybrids, among others. 2. Others: Common gasoline and diesel engines are both types of reciprocating piston internal combustion engines, capable of converting the chemical energy of fuel into the mechanical energy of piston motion and outputting power. Gasoline engines have high rotational speeds, are lightweight, produce less noise, are easy to start, and have lower manufacturing costs. Diesel engines have higher compression ratios and thermal efficiency, offering better fuel economy and emission performance compared to gasoline engines.

Can a Flood-Damaged Vehicle Be Declared a Total Loss?

If a car is damaged due to flooding while parked in a residential area or underground garage, as long as the vehicle is insured under the auto damage insurance, the insurance company will compensate for the loss as a natural disaster. If the water level rises above the dashboard, the insurance company may consider full compensation. Below is a detailed introduction to commercial vehicle insurance: 1. Auto Damage Insurance: Covers losses caused by natural disasters and accidents to the vehicle itself, recommended for new drivers. 2. Third-Party Liability Insurance: Compensates for third-party personal injury or death caused by the vehicle owner, mandatory for all drivers as it provides protection for both the owner and others. 3. No-Deductible Insurance: An additional insurance that transfers the owner's liability to the insurance company, reducing the owner's loss. It is advisable to purchase this if both auto damage insurance and third-party liability insurance are bought. 4. Theft Insurance: Covers damages caused by theft, robbery, or hijacking of the vehicle, recommended for owners without a garage. 5. Passenger Liability Insurance: Compensates for losses suffered by the driver and passengers due to traffic accidents, usually charged per seat. Recommended for new drivers or family vehicles. 6.
