Lynk & Co 03 cruise control usage method: Press the ON/OFF key to activate the cruise control system (indicator light illuminates on the instrument panel). Accelerate to the desired speed, then press the SET key - your right foot can now release the accelerator as the speed locks at the current value. The cruise control can be deactivated by braking, pressing the CANCEL key, or pressing the ON/OFF key. The Lynk & Co 03 is the brand's first sedan model, with dimensions of 4639mm (length) × 1840mm (width) × 1460mm (height) and a 2730mm wheelbase. Its exterior features the signature 'Wind Hunting' design that blends urban contrast aesthetics with aerodynamic elements, maintaining Lynk & Co's family design language. The front fascia incorporates split-type headlights, a horizontal front grille, and lower trim accents.

Since buying the Lynk & Co 03, the cruise control has saved me a lot of effort on the highway. The operation is actually quite simple: first, drive on the road, and when the speed stabilizes above 40km/h, gently press the cruise switch button on the left side of the steering wheel to activate the function. To set the current speed, just press the SET button; to increase or decrease speed, use the +/- buttons on the steering wheel to adjust, with each press changing by 1km/h. To cancel the cruise, simply press the brake pedal to stop automatically, or directly press the CANCEL button. I also found that using it for long-distance driving is particularly fuel-efficient, with a slight reduction in fuel consumption. However, never use it in city traffic jams—safety first; it's also not recommended to use cruise control on slippery roads during rain or snow. For maintenance, regularly check the contact points of the steering wheel buttons to avoid dust affecting their use. Combined with automatic air conditioning, set the temperature, relax your feet, and you won't feel tired even after driving for several hours.

What is the Function of the Grille?

The function of the grille is to close when the engine temperature is relatively low, which accelerates the engine's warming speed and reduces exhaust emissions. Closing the grille when the engine temperature is low can also reduce wind resistance and improve fuel economy. Active grilles are automatically controlled and do not require manual operation by the driver. The active grille is located at the front of the car and consists of adjustable louvers that can control the opening angle. It maximizes the car's air intake efficiency and cooling efficiency through computer-controlled adjustments. In most vehicle models, the grille remains permanently open, which ensures that the engine receives maximum cooling power as soon as the car is started.

Can I switch to C2 after failing the C1 subject 2 test once?

C1 subject 2 test cannot be changed to C2 test after failing, and the test content cannot be changed arbitrarily during the test period; but after passing the test, the C1 test can be changed to C2 test. The C1 test subjects include four items: traffic regulations and related knowledge, field driving, road driving, and safe and civilized driving knowledge. C1 driver's license test passing standards: Traffic regulations and related knowledge (Subject 1) - written test, full score is 100, 90 or above is passing. Field driving (Subject 2) - on-site, actual vehicle. The minimum requirement is 80 points, below 80 is failing. Road driving (Subject 3) - highway or simulated site, actual vehicle. Full score is 100, must reach 90 or above to pass. Safe and civilized driving knowledge - written test, questions are mainly in the form of cases, pictures, animations, etc., question types include judgment questions, single-choice and multiple-choice questions, a total of 50 questions, full score is 100, 90 is passing. C1 application age: The minimum age limit for a C1 driver's license is 18 years old, and there is no upper age limit. However, applicants over 70 years old must pass tests on memory, judgment ability, reaction ability, etc.

What are the reasons for the sudden loss of power in the battery?

The reason for the sudden loss of power in the battery is: insufficient battery electrolyte, just add electrolyte. Car batteries, also known as storage batteries, are a type of battery that works by converting chemical energy into electrical energy. Batteries can be divided into ordinary batteries, dry-charged batteries, and maintenance-free batteries. Usually, the batteries people refer to are lead-acid batteries. The plates of ordinary batteries are made of lead and lead oxide, and the electrolyte is an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid. The main feature of dry-charged batteries is that the negative plate has a high power storage capacity, and in a completely dry state, it can preserve the obtained power for two years. Due to the structural advantages of maintenance-free batteries, the consumption of electrolyte is very small, and it is basically unnecessary to replenish distilled water during their service life.

Where is the air intake for the car's internal circulation located?

The air intake for the car's internal circulation is located on the passenger side, below the glove box on the dashboard. The method to use the internal circulation is: Press the internal circulation button inside the car. In the internal circulation state, the air exchange channel between the inside and outside of the car is closed. When the fan is off, the air inside the car does not circulate; when the fan is on, the air drawn in comes from inside the car, forming an internal air circulation. Car air conditioning refers to the air conditioning device installed in the car, which can cool, heat, ventilate, and purify the air inside the cabin, providing a comfortable environment for passengers, reducing driver fatigue, and improving driving safety.

Does Minor Cylinder Scoring Require an Overhaul?

Minor cylinder scoring does require an overhaul. The main cause of cylinder scoring in automobiles is insufficient engine oil, which leads to excessively high temperatures during continuous engine operation. This can cause certain damage to bearings and pistons, and the extreme heat may also result in cylinder block cracking, severely affecting vehicle performance. Automobile cylinder scoring refers to the 'welding' abrasion between the piston, piston rings, and cylinder liner surfaces due to high temperatures. Specifically, it occurs when the oil film between the piston and cylinder liner breaks down, causing dry friction. The intense frictional heat leads to microscopic metal melting and adhesion, tearing nearby metal particles. According to gas sealing requirements, the clearance between piston rings and cylinder liners should be as small as possible, creating extremely unfavorable lubrication conditions.

Why is the gear shifting not smooth after changing the transmission oil?

Gear shifting not being smooth after changing the transmission oil is likely due to the poor quality of the transmission oil used. It is recommended to replace it with transmission oil of the appropriate viscosity. Transmission oil is a lubricant that maintains the cleanliness of the gear system, providing lubrication to extend the lifespan of the transmission components. It offers effective lubrication even in low-temperature conditions and reduces oil loss under harsh operating conditions. Depending on the structure of the transmission, transmission oil is categorized into automatic transmission fluid (ATF) and manual transmission oil. ATF is specifically designed for automatic transmissions, while manual transmission oil is used for lubricating hypoid gear drive shafts and manual transmissions that operate under severe conditions with high impact loads.
