How to Use the Car Charger?

Prepare the car charger, with the bottom of the car charger being the positive pole and the contacts on both sides being the negative poles. Insert the bottom of the car charger directly into the cigarette lighter to secure it. Once properly inserted, the LED indicator on the cigarette lighter will light up, and you can then connect a USB charging cable to charge your phone as usual. Below are some precautions for using the car charger: 1. Be careful not to throw, drop, knock, or shake the charger during use. Especially in summer when the car is exposed to the sun and the interior temperature exceeds 45 degrees Celsius, temporarily avoid using the charger, as this can severely damage the internal circuit board of the car charger. 2. After turning off the vehicle, the car charger should be unplugged and stored. If left plugged into the power interface for a long time, the contact parts may corrode and become difficult to clean. Additionally, using the cigarette lighter to charge after the car is turned off may continue to draw power from the battery. Although 80% of cars stop supplying power to the cigarette lighter after the key is removed, once the engine is off, it stops supplying power to the battery, and the cigarette lighter will draw power directly from the battery. If the car charger's power consumption exceeds the battery's capacity, the battery can easily be depleted.
I often use it to charge my phone while driving, and the steps are simple: locate the small USB port or cigarette lighter socket in the car. If it's the cigarette lighter, just plug in an adapter, then connect your phone cable. Once the car is started, the charger automatically supplies power, and when the charging icon appears on your phone, you're good to go. The charging speed depends on the car model—some newer ones support fast charging, filling up more than half the battery in just 20 minutes, which is very time-saving. Don’t forget to use the original data cable to avoid overheating, and unplug the charger when parked to prevent draining the battery—super convenient for long trips. For safety, avoid plugging in too many devices to prevent overloading or short circuits, and don’t leave it exposed to high temperatures in the car. During regular maintenance, clean the ports to prevent dust buildup that could affect performance.
