The operation of the automatic headlight cleaning function for Zotye T600C is as follows: 1. Turn on the headlights, then hold the windshield washer switch for about five seconds to activate the headlight cleaning function. 2. The switch for automatic headlight cleaning and windshield cleaning is the same. 3. The difference is that when the headlights are turned off, cleaning the windshield (by pulling the lever that controls the wiper speed, located on the right side of the steering wheel, towards the body) will deactivate the automatic headlight cleaning. The main functions of the automatic headlight cleaning are as follows: 1. The headlight cleaning device is mainly used on vehicles equipped with xenon lights, as xenon lights have advantages such as energy efficiency, high brightness, high color temperature comfort, and long lifespan. 2. Xenon lights also have disadvantages; they have a higher color temperature, which can be problematic in rainy, foggy, or snowy weather.

When I first got my Zotye T600C, I didn't know how to use the automatic headlight washer. It took me a few tries to figure it out. Simply put, when the headlights are on, operate the wiper stalk as you normally would to spray the windshield, but hold it down for more than 2 seconds. Once, when driving in the rain, the headlights were covered in mud splashes and I couldn't see the road clearly. I tried holding down the spray stalk, and suddenly two streams of water shot out from the bottom of the headlights, sweeping back and forth a few times to clean them. When washing the car, remember to check the washer nozzles to make sure they're not clogged. If the windshield washer fluid runs out, it won't spray water. Now that it's cold, it's time to switch to antifreeze washer fluid. In summer, it doesn't matter much, but this feature can be a lifesaver in critical moments.

To use the headlight washer, remember three conditions: the engine must be running, the headlight switch must be on, and the key operation—hold down the windshield washer switch for at least two seconds. Press the control lever on the right side of the steering wheel downward to spray washer fluid, and hold it until you see water flowing out near the headlights to confirm success. It's recommended to use this function only when the headlights are heavily soiled, as frequent use is unnecessary and consumes washer fluid quickly. If it doesn't work, the nozzle might be clogged or the washer fluid might be empty—check these before heading to the repair shop.

I've been driving the Zotye T600C for almost two years now, and the headlight cleaning system has been quite hassle-free. The operation is straightforward: first, ensure the headlights are on (they won't work if they're off), then press and hold the windshield washer stalk longer than usual—about a second more—until you hear a buzzing sound indicating activation. Small nozzles under the headlights will spray water to clean them. It's best to use this feature after driving on muddy roads or during heavy rain, and always check if the headlight brightness has improved afterward. A handy tip: don't overfill the washer fluid reservoir, as too high a fluid level might reduce the cleaning pressure.
