To use the auto function for car windows: Simply press the window open or close button once, and the window will open or close automatically without the need to hold the button down. 'Auto' translates to 'automatic' in English. The car function buttons with auto include the following 6 features: 1. Automatic air conditioning: Press the AUTO button to activate the automatic air conditioning. After manually setting the temperature, the system enters an automatic temperature regulation state, controlling the air direction, blower speed, compressor operation, and vent temperature to maintain a comfortable cabin temperature. 2. Automatic headlights: Rotate the light switch to align with the AUTO mark, and the light control enters automatic mode. In this mode, a light sensor on the dashboard detects low external light conditions, such as entering tunnels, underground parking lots, or unlocking the car at night, and automatically turns on the daytime running lights or headlights to prevent delays or forgetting to turn them on. 3. Automatic wipers: Move the wiper switch to the AUTO position to activate automatic mode. A sensor on the windshield detects rainfall intensity, and the system automatically adjusts the wiper speed. 4. AUTOHOLD: This is the automatic parking function. Press the AUTOH button to turn on the system (indicated by the button light). When the vehicle frequently stops and starts, activating this function allows the system to automatically hold the brake after pressing it for more than 3 seconds, eliminating the need to keep the brake pedal pressed. To move forward, simply press the accelerator, and the parking system will release automatically. 5. Automatic anti-glare: This feature usually doesn’t have an AUTO label, but an indicator on the rearview mirror signifies its presence. During night driving, if a following vehicle shines bright lights or high beams, the system automatically adjusts the reflection to prevent glare and maintain visibility. 6. One-touch up/down: The auto button on the driver’s side window switch indicates that pressing or pulling the switch once will automatically raise or lower the window completely without holding the button. To stop the window during operation, press the switch again.
