Civic's engine start-stop function is enabled by default. When you come to a complete stop at a traffic light by firmly pressing the brake pedal, the engine will shut off to save fuel. To disable this function, press the A-circle OFF button located at the top right of the gear lever. The auto start-stop system automatically turns off the engine during temporary stops while driving and restarts it when you need to proceed. The 10th-generation Civic measures 4649mm in length, 1800mm in width, and 1416mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2700mm. It offers consumers seven body color options: Crystal Black Pearl, Rallye Red, Lunar Silver Metallic, Aegean Blue Metallic, Orange Fury, Sonic Gray Pearl, and White Orchid Pearl, featuring a sporty design with abundant color choices.

I've been driving a Civic for several years, and the auto start-stop feature is very convenient. When stopping, such as at a red light, just hold the brake for a few seconds, and the engine will automatically shut off. Release the brake, and it restarts immediately, without affecting driving at all. If you don't want to use this function, there's an IDLE STOP button near the dashboard—press it, and when the light comes on, the system is turned off. In summer, when using the air conditioning for cooling, due to high power consumption, the start-stop may not activate to protect the battery life. In city driving, each start-stop can save a significant amount of fuel. I've tested it and found it reduces fuel consumption by about half a liter per day on average, which is quite worthwhile. During long stops, the noise is reduced, making the cabin quieter, but remember to check the battery charge regularly to ensure the system works properly.

The Civic's auto start-stop is enabled by default, requiring no additional action after starting the car. The engine stops when the brake is firmly pressed while stationary and restarts immediately upon releasing the brake. The manual disable button is typically located on the left side of the steering wheel or the center console, marked with an 'A OFF' icon—pressing it to illuminate the light deactivates the feature. The function is automatically disabled if the battery is low or the outside temperature is below freezing to prevent accidents. In city driving, this feature reduces idle emissions and offers noticeable fuel savings, potentially saving a few dollars weekly on gas. When active, apply the brake gently to avoid system misjudgment, and during routine maintenance, have the technician check the brake sensor to ensure it's functioning properly.

Why Can't I Find My Driver's License File Number?

There are two main reasons why you cannot find your driver's license file number: first, the driver's license information you entered is incorrect, and second, there is no information about the driver's license in the database. Below is relevant information about driver's license registration: 1. Registration procedures: Transportation companies and vehicles should apply for registration procedures with the direct customs in the company's customs zone, and drivers should complete the registration procedures. 2. No longer need to register in different locations: The customs implements computer network management for the registration information of transportation companies and vehicles, as well as the registration information of drivers, with shared data, and no longer requires registration procedures in different locations.

Why Does the Steering Wheel Start to Shake at 80 km/h?

When the car reaches a speed of 80 km/h, the steering wheel may start to shake due to issues with the half-shaft or tire deformation. Below is an introduction to the causes of steering wheel shaking: 1. Causes of Shaking: When the vehicle speed is between 80-90 km/h, the steering wheel may shake. If the speed exceeds this range, the shaking may reduce or gradually disappear. This is often caused by tire deformation, imbalance, or issues with the vehicle's drivetrain. 2. Solutions: It is necessary to check whether the front wheel alignment parameters meet the standards and adjust them if they are off. Additionally, the tire balance should be inspected, and if the tire deformation is excessive, the tire should be replaced.

What causes the yellow engine warning light to come on in a motorcycle?

Engine warning light illumination can be analyzed from the perspective of engine systems, including the fuel supply system, ignition system, intake system, exhaust system, and various sensor components. Dirty sensor head: A contaminated sensor head or one polluted by magnetic materials may cause wheel speed sensor failure. If the wheel speed sensor frequently malfunctions after traveling through water, mud, or sandy areas, cleaning it may help. Consequences of wheel speed sensor failure: A faulty vehicle wheel speed sensor can lead to unstable engine idle, momentary stalling or engine shutdown during acceleration or deceleration, reduced engine acceleration performance, inaccurate speedometer display, and illumination of the engine warning light.

Why does the Wuling Rongguang have weak acceleration and cannot increase RPM?

Wuling Rongguang has weak acceleration and cannot increase RPM due to clutch oil leakage. The following is an introduction about Wuling Rongguang: 1. Features: "Size" is the most notable focus of Wuling Rongguang and also the intrinsic value of the product. 2. Exterior: The extended wheelbase of 2700mm adopts an ultra-long wheelbase design, effectively increasing the interior space while maintaining a harmonious body proportion for a comfortable driving experience. The extension of Rongguang is not simply about lengthening the body but involves upgrading the chassis technology to enhance the more critical indicator affecting space—wheelbase extension, ensuring a coordinated and safe proportion between the wheelbase and the lengthened body.
