How to use the air conditioning in the Tiguan L?

Tiguan L's air conditioning can be activated by pressing the AC button on the control panel. Adjust the fan speed button to control the airflow speed and temperature. The AC button on the center console serves as the air conditioning switch, with MAX indicating the maximum setting. The internal air circulation can be manually turned on or off, but it automatically activates when the air conditioning is set to maximum by default or when there is a significant temperature difference between the inside and outside of the vehicle. The Tiguan L, produced by SAIC Volkswagen, is the successor to the Tiguan and, like the overseas version of the new Tiguan, is built on the Volkswagen MQB platform. The Tiguan L maintains a design similar to the overseas standard Tiguan model, with additional chrome trim pieces compared to the standard wheelbase version and some modifications to the C-pillar shape. I've been driving the Tiguan L for over a year now, and the air conditioning system works quite smoothly. After starting the vehicle, simply press the AUTO button on the center console, and it will automatically adjust the airflow and temperature to your preset values. If the temperature isn't comfortable, just turn the large knob to adjust—typically, there are separate knobs on the left and right for the driver and passenger temperature controls. Manually adjusting the fan speed is also straightforward; use the fan speed increase/decrease buttons to change the airflow. To modify the air vent direction, press the MODE button to select options like head-level, foot-level, or a combination of both. Remember to regularly check the air recirculation button—use internal circulation for warmth in winter and external intake for ventilation in summer. Activate the A/C button for cooling. If the front windshield fogs up, press the defog button for quick clearance. These operations become familiar within minutes, thanks to the car's thoughtful design, making daily driving hassle-free and safe.
