Modern Mistra air conditioning usage method is as follows: To turn on the Mistra air conditioning for cooling, first press the air conditioning switch, locate the A/C button, press it until the button light turns on indicating the air conditioning is operational. For automatic air conditioning, simply adjust the temperature. For manual air conditioning, turn the knob to the cooling position and switch on the AC. The working principle of Modern Mistra air conditioning is as follows: 1. When the compressor operates, it inhales low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator. After compression, the refrigerant's temperature and pressure increase, and it is sent to the condenser. 2. Inside the condenser, the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant transfers heat to the outside air passing through the condenser and liquefies, turning into liquid. 3. When the liquid refrigerant flows through the throttle device, its temperature and pressure decrease, and it enters the evaporator. 4. Inside the evaporator, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the cabin air passing through the evaporator and evaporates, turning into gas. The gas is then inhaled by the compressor for the next cycle. 5. Through the refrigerant's circulation within the system, it continuously absorbs heat from the cabin air and discharges it to the outside air, gradually lowering the cabin air temperature.

The first step is to press the AUTO button on the center console, and the Mistra's air conditioning will automatically adjust the fan speed and temperature. Then rotate the silver temperature knob - I usually set it around 23°C for optimal comfort. During long drives, I switch to recirculation mode via the center screen to avoid inhaling exhaust fumes from vehicles ahead. Normally I prefer fresh air mode as it feels more refreshing. On extremely hot days, I manually increase fan speed using the fan control button, but mostly let the system auto-adjust for convenience. When starting the car in the morning, I initially turn off the AC to use natural ventilation until engine coolant warms up, then activate cooling. During car washes, I ask technicians to inspect the cabin filter and replace if dirty to prevent musty odors from vents. In winter, simply turn the temperature knob toward the red zone for warm air without needing to press the AC button.

Using the Mistra's air conditioning is very simple. Once you press the AUTO button, there's no need to worry. Turn the temperature knob to set the desired temperature—I usually set it at 24 degrees. The system automatically controls the blower speed and airflow mode, requiring no manual intervention. However, I have solutions for special situations: press the front defrost button when the windows fog up, and adjust the vents to the middle position when there are passengers in the back. I turn off the rear vents when charging my phone to save power. On routes where the air quality app shows PM2.5 levels exceeding standards, I switch to recirculation mode in advance. On rainy days, I activate the air conditioning's dehumidification function to prevent the rearview mirrors from frosting. Remember not to clip perfume bottles to the vents, as this can affect the system's automatic adjustment accuracy.

The key to operating the Mingtu's air conditioning is making good use of the automatic function. After starting the car, press the AUTO button, and the set temperature value will appear on the screen. In summer, turn the left temperature knob to 23 degrees, and in winter, adjust it to 25 degrees for optimal comfort. Use the external circulation for ventilation when there are fewer cars, and switch to internal circulation in heavy traffic to avoid exhaust fumes. When the air humidity is high, press the AC button to dehumidify. Both the front and rear rows have independent temperature zone adjustment knobs, which are very convenient. The front defogger button can solve fogging issues with just one press. Before long-distance driving, remember to check the cleanliness of the air conditioning filter. In winter, after warming up the car, simply turn on the air blower function to get warm air without consuming any fuel.
