Using the traditional remote key: Press the [Lock] button on the key three times consecutively. Using the LCD key: After swiping up to unlock, press and hold the middle [START/STOP] button for about 2 seconds to start the engine. Navigate to the [Vehicle] menu, then enter the interface displaying the vehicle status and control buttons, locate the [Ventilate Now] button, and confirm.

My own car comes with a remote start feature, and it's very simple to operate. Just press the key fob five minutes before heading out to warm up the car. First, quickly press the lock button, wait for the indicator light to flash, then press and hold the start button for about three seconds. At this point, the car lights will flash twice, and the engine will start. It's especially useful in winter when temperatures drop below minus ten degrees Celsius—starting the car in advance ensures it's warm when you get in. It's also convenient in summer, as the air conditioning cools the car before you enter. However, there is a distance limitation; too many walls can interfere, so it's best to use it within a 50-meter range. If no doors are opened within ten minutes after the engine starts, the car will automatically shut off to prevent forgetting to turn it off. Before using it, make sure all doors are locked, the fuel level isn't too low, and no warning lights are on—otherwise, the feature won't work. For older cars, check the key fob's battery, as low power can cause malfunctions.

I found that remote starting with the key actually has its nuances, and most car owners aren't aware of the little tricks. First, press the lock button to ensure the vehicle is locked, then long-press the key with the circular arrow and hold it for three seconds without releasing until the hazard lights flash, which means it's successful. It's best to operate within line of sight, as signals can easily be interrupted through multiple concrete walls. After starting, note that the windows will remain closed, so never use this function if there are pets in the car. Different brands have varying operation methods; German cars usually require double-clicking the lock button before pressing the start button. A reminder to everyone: regularly replace the button battery in your car key—I've experienced the embarrassment of a failed start due to a dead battery. Also, avoid frequent use, as idling consumes fuel.

The remote start operation is very intuitive. First press the lock button, then hold down the arrow button for three to five seconds until you see the lights flash, indicating success. It's recommended for beginners to practice in an open area to avoid mistakes. After starting, the vehicle automatically locks, and only the owner's key can unlock it when nearby, preventing others from opening the doors. During engine operation, the dashboard lights will illuminate, and the air conditioning will automatically activate based on the last setting. Remember to keep at least a quarter tank of fuel to avoid startup failure. Preheating the car in extremely cold weather is beneficial for the engine, reducing wear and tear.
