How to Use One-Touch Window Control in Lavida?

Volkswagen Lavida's one-touch window control buttons are located on the driver's door armrest. The operation methods are as follows: 1. Opening the window (one-touch down): ① Press the button to the first position and release when reaching the desired position. ② Press slightly harder to the second position, and the window will automatically descend. 2. Closing the window (one-touch up): ① Pull the button upward to the first position and release when reaching the desired position. ② Briefly pull the switch to the second position to automatically close the window. Additional information: Besides the door armrest controls, you can also use the key for one-touch window operation. Simply hold the lock button on the key for about 3 seconds, and all four windows will synchronously rise.
I've been driving my Lavida for quite a while and found the one-touch power window operation very simple. To raise the window, gently pull the button to the end position and release - the window will automatically roll up completely. For lowering, press the button all the way down and the window will descend by itself. Don't hold the button continuously, otherwise it switches to manual mode. The Lavida's window buttons are all located on the inner side of the door - look for the ones with arrow markings. This feature is extremely convenient while driving, like when you want to open the window for fresh air during traffic jams - just one touch does the trick effortlessly. If it malfunctions, check if there's anything stuck or dirt in the window track - a simple cleaning usually fixes it. Another tip: check the settings menu to confirm if the one-touch function is enabled (Lavida usually has it activated by default from factory). Keep children from playing with the buttons to prevent finger pinching - safety first. Regular application of window lubricant can extend its lifespan.
