Internal navigation recommends using the Amap software for positioning and navigation. After downloading, use WiFi to download the required offline maps. Simply turn on GPS to enable driving navigation, and it can also be used for walking positioning and navigation even without a SIM card inserted.

Last time my wife couldn't find the car, I learned how easy it is to locate the Haval H6 using a smartphone. First, download the Haval Zhijia APP and register/login with your phone number. In the vehicle management section, enter the VIN to bind your car - you can find the VIN in the manual or on the lower left corner of the windshield. After successful binding, click 'Vehicle Location' on the APP homepage to see the car's real-time position on the map. Remember, the car needs to be powered on or started for accurate positioning. For older H6 models like ours that don't come with a built-in data card, you'll need to insert a SIM card with internet access into the car's system, otherwise the location feature won't work.

I've tried locating my 3rd-gen Haval H6 using my phone, which is quite convenient. Make sure the vehicle has a data SIM card or mobile network service installed - most new cars come with it pre-installed. After binding your vehicle in the Haval Smart Home app, just tap the location icon to track its position in real-time. Sometimes in underground parking with weak signals, the app will show the last parked location - never worry about losing your car when taking kids to the mall on weekends. The app also supports remote AC start, especially useful in summer. Just remember to check your data SIM balance monthly, as the location service won't work if it's out of credit.

I'm quite familiar with locating the Haval H6 using a phone. You need to activate the telematics function on your car's central control screen, otherwise it's useless. Download the Haval Smart Home app, register an account, and pair it with the car's system. It mainly depends on the configuration—some lower-end models don't have this feature and require installing a module at a 4S store. Don’t forget to enable GPS permissions on your phone when locating. If the map loads slowly, refresh it—older phones might lag. This feature is very handy for finding your car, especially when parked in unfamiliar lots during trips—much more reliable than the car key's vehicle finder function.
