How to Use Mazda i-stop?

Mazda i-stop usage method: Normally the i-stop system is enabled by default. When the vehicle comes to a temporary stop, the engine will automatically shut off. Pressing the accelerator will normally restart the engine. You can also manually enable or disable it by long-pressing the i-stop off button on the left side of the steering wheel panel. i-stop is called auto start-stop in Chinese, which means the engine automatically turns off when the vehicle temporarily stops during driving, and the system automatically restarts the engine when needing to proceed. Normally the dashboard displays i-stop in green. When the i-stop light turns yellow, it indicates the auto start-stop is disabled, meaning the system cannot function properly at this time. Usage restrictions include: low battery charge, excessively high or low temperatures, wheels in a turning position when stopping, steep slopes, and not wearing seat belts.
