How to Use Cruise Control Function?

Cruise control usage is divided into five steps. Below is an introduction to cruise control usage: 1. Press the power button to activate the system, at which point the cruise control indicator light on the dashboard will illuminate. 2. Accelerate to over 40km/h, then press the SET button. At this point, release the accelerator with your right foot, and the speed will be set at the current velocity. 3. Press the RES (+) button to increase speed from the current setting, or press the SET (-) button to decrease speed from the current setting. 4. There are three ways to deactivate cruise control: stepping on the brake, pressing the CANCEL button, or pressing the power button. 5. If cruise control is canceled by stepping on the brake or pressing the cancel button, you can press the RES button to resume the previously set cruise control speed.
As a car owner with years of driving experience, I find cruise control incredibly practical, especially on highways. I fell in love with it the first time I used it: first accelerate the car to the desired speed, say 80 km/h; then press the cruise button on the steering wheel to activate the system; a light tap on the set button maintains the current speed. To adjust the speed, just tap the increase or decrease buttons, and the car will automatically accelerate or decelerate. If there's a car ahead or you need to slow down, a gentle tap on the brake automatically cancels it—simple as that. It saves me a lot of effort on long trips, keeping my eyes on the road for safety. However, remember to use it only on dry, straight roads; avoid turning it on in slippery or congested conditions to prevent delayed reactions. Regularly checking for button malfunctions is also crucial to avoid any hiccups during trips.
