Methods for using car rearview mirrors: 1. When the rear vehicle occupies the entire mirror, the distance is about 3 meters; 2. When the rear vehicle occupies one-third of the mirror, the distance is about 12 meters; 5. When the left rearview mirror shows the middle of the rear wheel cover aligned with the ground, that indicates the position of the rear bumper; 6. To judge the distance of the rear vehicle through the interior rearview mirror by observing the lower edge of the rear windshield: if the upper edge of the rear vehicle's headlight is visible, the distance between the rear trunk and the vehicle is approximately 3.5 meters; if the junction between the rear vehicle's hood and windshield is visible, the distance is about 1 meter; if the top one-third of the rear vehicle's windshield is visible, it means the vehicle is very close.
