How to Use a USB Drive in Cadillac XT4?

Using a USB drive in the car is very simple. Just insert the USB drive with downloaded songs into the vehicle's USB port. The car's infotainment system will automatically scan and retrieve the music files from the USB drive. Once the infotainment system has retrieved the relevant music files, you can directly play the music from the USB drive.
My XT4 has two USB ports in the center console. For USB drives, make sure to use the left one with the small speaker icon. Insert a USB drive with MP3 files and wait about 10 seconds, the infotainment screen will automatically switch to the media page. There's a five-way button on the right side of the steering wheel - you can skip tracks by pushing it up or down. Remember to use USB drives under 32GB formatted in FAT32, as larger capacities might make the system read slower. A little-known tip: Always press the stop button before turning off the engine, otherwise it will replay from the first song when you restart. I've tried storing lossless music, but the system only supports up to FLAC format.
