Spark plug socket usage method is: 1. Select spark plug sockets with different heights and radial dimensions based on the installation position of the spark plug and the size of its hexagon; 2. Place the spark plug into the hexagon of the wrench and gently insert it into the cylinder; 3. Turn clockwise to tighten and counterclockwise to loosen. When installing or removing spark plugs, ensure the spark plug socket is properly aligned before turning to prevent slipping. Commonly used spark plug sockets come in sizes 16 and 21. Most cars use size 16 spark plug sockets, while vans typically use size 21. Only Japanese cars are an exception, using a special size 14 long socket.
