Vent-mounted phone holder installation: Prepare the holder and the vent mounting clip. Unscrew the knob on the back of the holder, insert the mounting clip, and tighten the knob. Select a suitable vent, press the spring clip on the mounting clip to secure it in place.
When I first bought a car phone mount, I was a bit confused, but after some research, I found it quite simple. First, clean the dashboard or windshield area to avoid dust that might make the suction cup unstable. I use a suction cup mount—open the rubber cover on the back and press it firmly onto the glass until you hear a click to secure it. Then, rotate the mount arm to the desired height, open the clip end to grip the back of your phone, and listen for a small snap to confirm it's locked. Test the stability by opening a navigation app and shaking the phone while driving—it shouldn't fall off. If you frequently change positions while driving, I recommend adjusting the mount only when parked safely to avoid distractions. You can also route the charging cable through the side hole of the mount for convenient charging while using it, ensuring your view remains clear and unobstructed.
