How to Unscrew a Car Key?

First, locate the unscrewing point in the side groove near the key blade, then simply push inward with a screwdriver. The key will then separate from the chip case. You can unscrew the chip case from the side using a screwdriver, and you'll find another screw hole at the top—simply unscrew it.
As a new driver who just got my license, I was also confused about how to turn the car key at first. The correct method is to first ensure the gear shift is in the parking or neutral position when getting in the car. For automatic transmission vehicles, you must press the brake pedal, while manual transmission cars require depressing the clutch to prevent sudden movement. Locate the ignition switch hole below the steering wheel, gently insert the key without using excessive force—make sure the direction is correct, then turn the key clockwise to the ACC or ON position. At this point, the dashboard lights will illuminate, indicating the circuit is powered. Wait a few seconds for the vehicle to complete its self-check. Then, continue turning clockwise all the way to the START position, and you'll hear the engine start. Once the engine is running steadily, release the key, and it will automatically spring back to the ON position. If it feels stuck, don't force it—it might be due to the steering wheel being locked; gently wiggle the steering wheel left and right to unlock it. Alternatively, if the key is worn, try pulling it out slightly and reinserting it. In cold winter starts, the key might be hard to turn; warming the key or tapping the steering wheel can help. Remember to perform the entire process smoothly and gently to protect the vehicle's mechanical components from damage.
