The rearview mirror heating control switch has two designs: one is integrated with the electric rearview mirror adjustment combination switch, and the other is located on the air conditioning control panel. Here is the relevant information: 1. Regardless of the design, their function is the same. After pressing the button, the heating element behind the rearview mirror glass will quickly heat up to a fixed temperature within a few minutes, usually between 35-60 degrees Celsius. Warm air will emerge from both left and right rearview mirrors, and the water droplets on the mirror surface will gradually evaporate due to the rising temperature, while the fog will slowly disappear. This achieves the effect of heating the mirror, defogging, and defrosting. 2. The rearview mirror heating button icon looks similar to the front windshield defogging button, but there is a clear difference upon closer inspection. The upper icon represents the front windshield defrosting, while the lower icon represents the rearview mirror heating. Although the button positions vary among different car models, the heating button icons are similar.
