The method to turn on the rear fog light of a car is by rotating the light lever on the left side of the steering wheel. For some models, the fog light switch is located in the light control assembly under the dashboard and needs to be pressed to activate. The prerequisite for turning on the rear fog light is that the parking lights or the vehicle's headlights must be on. The replacement method for the car's rear fog light is as follows: 1. Open the vehicle's trunk and remove the fixing screws on both sides of the luggage compartment; 2. Loosen the fixing screws of the rear wheel fenders, pry open the clips under the car, and then pry open the tail light clips; 3. After removing the rear trim panel, check for any wire harness connections, then remove the rear fog light trim panel; 4. Install the fog light socket onto the original trim panel and connect the wire harness.
