How to Turn on the Car's Air Conditioning for Cold Air?

Start the vehicle; the air conditioning will not turn on if the engine is off. Locate the AC button on the car's center console and press it to activate the air conditioning. Adjust the temperature control knob to the blue zone or manually press the cooling button.
When I first started learning to drive, it took me a while to figure out how to use the air conditioning. Now I know you need to start the engine first, then turn the fan speed knob to get the fan humming. Press the AC button, and the green light indicates the cooling is activated. Adjust the temperature knob to the low range—I usually set it around 18°C for the coolest feel. Direct the air vents toward yourself or the roof for a refreshing breeze. Turning on recirculation mode cools the car faster, but don’t keep it on too long; switch to fresh air mode after a few minutes to avoid stuffiness. Rolling down the windows before driving to let out hot air makes cooling more efficient. Beginners, don’t forget to press AC, or you’ll just get a fan breeze. Remember to change the cabin air filter yearly to keep the air fresh and avoid health issues from bad odors.
