How to Turn on the Air Recirculation in the Car?

Find the air recirculation button on the car's air conditioning control panel. Press the button to switch between air recirculation and fresh air mode.
I've also thought about this issue while driving. To activate the recirculation mode, you generally need to find the button with a small car icon and an arrow inside on the air conditioning control panel. The location may vary in different car models, but in several cars I've driven, it's usually near the air vents on the center console. When you press this button and the indicator light turns on, it means the recirculation mode is activated. This is especially useful in traffic jams or when passing through dusty areas, as it prevents outside exhaust fumes and dust from entering the cabin. However, be careful not to keep it on for too long, especially when traveling with family, as prolonged use of recirculation can make the air inside the car stuffy. I usually switch to fresh air mode after about half an hour to ventilate the cabin, which helps prevent dizziness. Some cars even allow you to operate this function through the central control screen, making it more flexible to use.
