How to Turn on the Air Conditioning in Changan Yuexiang?

The air conditioning control area of the Changan Yuexiang is located at the lower part of the center console. There are three knobs in total, from left to right: the temperature control knob, the fan speed control knob, and the air outlet mode control knob. The middle button of the first knob is the air conditioning on/off button, and the button on the second knob is the internal/external circulation button. The air conditioning of the Yuexiang can be controlled via the middle switch button on the knobs. Below is more information about the Yuexiang: 1. The interior of the Yuexiang adopts a home-style design with a darker upper part and lighter lower part. A silver trim strip with a carbon fiber pattern is added in the center, adding a touch of fashion to the interior. 2. The three air conditioning knobs are also quite large and positioned relatively high, making them easy to operate. 3. The steering wheel features a three-spoke design. Although it is made of plastic, the design is relatively thick, providing a good grip.
I've been driving a Changan Alsvin, and the air conditioning controls are quite straightforward. After starting the car, locate the three knobs in the middle of the center console. The leftmost one adjusts the fan speed—turn it clockwise to increase the airflow. The middle knob controls the temperature: turning it toward the blue zone produces cool air, while the red zone delivers warm air. To activate cooling, press the AC button in the upper-left corner first; the indicator light will turn on to confirm cooling is engaged. For warm air in winter, there's no need to press AC—just turn the temperature knob to the red zone, and warm air will flow once the engine coolant warms up. The right knob adjusts the airflow direction: turn it to the face symbol for airflow to the upper body or the foot icon for airflow to the feet. Remember, using recirculation mode cools the cabin faster, but switch to fresh air mode on highways for better ventilation. Replace the cabin air filter annually to prevent musty odors. Turning off the AC before shutting down the engine ensures smoother starts next time.
