To activate the air conditioning, turn on the A/C switch. This is because the A/C switch controls the cooling system; without turning it on, the air conditioner will only blow air without cooling. Next, press the air recirculation button to stop the exchange of air between the car interior and the outside. Finally, rotate the temperature control knob to adjust to the desired temperature.

After starting the vehicle, locate the AC button on the center console and press it directly to activate the air conditioning cooling. If the car has automatic climate control, you can press the AUTO button to let the system automatically adjust the temperature and fan speed. Then, turn the temperature knob to lower the setting – usually around 22 degrees Celsius provides comfortable cooling. Don't forget to switch to recirculation mode, which cools faster and improves fuel efficiency. Listen for the compressor engagement during operation; a humming sound is normal. During extreme summer heat, slightly open windows for a few minutes before closing them to prevent cabin stuffiness. For older cars with weak cooling, check refrigerant levels and monitor airflow – reduced output may indicate clogged ducts needing cleaning.

To turn on the air conditioning for cooling is quite simple: First, start the car to power the battery, then press the AC button with the snowflake icon to activate the compressor, and the cooling will begin. Next, adjust the temperature knob to the low-temperature zone, as temperatures above 23 degrees may not feel cool enough. I recommend setting the fan speed to medium to avoid excessive wind noise. When operating, ensure the air vents are set to face or face-feet mode. For new cars, using the automatic mode is more convenient—just set the desired temperature, and it will control the fan speed automatically. Regularly using the external circulation mode for ventilation is crucial to prevent bacteria buildup and mold. If the cooling is insufficient after turning on the AC, check if the refrigerant pressure is normal, as a dirty radiator can also affect performance.

After starting the car, press the AC button on the climate control panel to activate the cooling function, then rotate the temperature control to the lowest setting around 20°C. For manual systems adjust fan speed, while automatic AC only requires temperature setting. Remember to press the recirculation button for faster cabin cooling. During operation, ensure air vents are directed toward occupants for best effect. Note that engine load may temporarily increase when AC engages - this is normal. If older AC systems cool slowly, possible refrigerant leaks or compressor issues may require inspection.
