How to Turn on Both Front and Rear Fog Lights Simultaneously?

The method to simultaneously turn on both front and rear fog lights is: rotate the light control knob to the "position light" or "low beam" position, then pull the knob outward to the second position. At this time, both the front and rear fog lights of the vehicle will be turned on. Fog lights generally refer to automotive fog lights, which are installed at the front and rear of the car. Because visibility is low in foggy conditions, the driver's line of sight is limited. In addition to the front high beam, low beam, headlights, and parking lights, and the rear running lights and brake lights, most cars also have a set of anti-fog lights in an inconspicuous place at the rear. The rear fog light is a red signal light installed at the rear of the vehicle to make it easier for other road traffic participants behind the vehicle to detect it in environments with low visibility such as fog, snow, rain, or dust. It has a higher luminous intensity than the tail lights.
I think turning on both front and rear fog lights on a car is actually quite simple, mainly depending on the vehicle's control system. Most modern cars require you to first activate the position lights or low beams—usually by twisting a control stalk on the left side of the steering wheel. Then, locate the fog light switch, typically a button or knob on the center console with a fog symbol. Press or turn it once to activate the front fog lights (the symbol looks like waves with a small light), and then operate the same or another adjacent button/knob to turn on the rear fog lights (the symbol shows waves with a square). Some newer models have menu options on the touchscreen. Remember, only do this in foggy, rainy, or snowy conditions with low visibility—otherwise, the bright lights may dazzle other drivers. Also, avoid keeping them on continuously to save power and ensure safety. During operation, the dashboard will display indicator lights for confirmation, so you can drive with peace of mind. This is a common method based on my years of driving experience.
