How to Turn Off the Taillights That Stay On After the Engine Is Off?

If the taillights stay on after the engine is off, it indicates a faulty brake switch. The replacement process for the brake switch is as follows: 1. First, remove the protective panel, which is the base plate located above the brake, clutch, and accelerator pedals. 2. After removing the protective panel, you can see the brake light switch above the brake pedal. The switch is a twist-lock type and can be pulled out by turning it counterclockwise. 3. When installing the new brake light switch, simply insert the switch into the twist-lock hole and turn it clockwise. 4. Reinstall the protective panel in the reverse order of removal. 5. After replacement, test the brake system to ensure the brake lights function properly.
