How to turn off the side lights of Audi A6L?

Turn on the car power with the one-button start, so that the car is in a powered state, and the lights can only be operated when the car is in a powered state. On the lower left side of the steering wheel, there are switch buttons for the front fog lights and rear fog lights. The light switches are generally controlled by the lever. When the AUTO button is lit, it means the automatic headlights are on. Press once to turn on the low beam, press again to turn on the parking lights, and then press once more to turn off the lights. Before leaving the car, you need to turn off the car power to prevent the car from losing power and making it difficult to start.
My Audi A6L had a similar issue before. The side markers (also called width lights) usually turn off automatically after the engine is shut down. If you want to turn them off manually, locate the rotary knob with the light symbol on the left side of the steering wheel, then turn it clockwise to the bottom OFF position. If the automatic headlight function is enabled, the lights will turn on automatically in low-light conditions – in this case, you’ll need to switch off AUTO mode first. Don’t panic if the lights stay on after locking the car; it’s just the ‘coming home’ lighting feature, which turns off automatically after 30 seconds. As a side note, if none of these methods work, it could be due to a faulty sensor or moisture in the wiring. It’s best to visit an Audi dealership for a computer diagnosis of the lighting control module, as the electronic systems in Audis are quite complex, and DIY fixes might cause other issues.
