How to Turn Off the Headlights of the Tiggo 5x?

To turn off the headlights of the Tiggo 5x, simply rotate the light stalk. The headlights, also known as the car's front headlights or LED daytime running lights, can be controlled this way. The Tiggo 5x has the following dimensions: length 4358 mm, width 1830 mm, height 1670 mm, with a wheelbase of 2630 mm and a fuel tank capacity of 51 liters. It is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine, delivering a maximum power of 115 kW at 5500 rpm and a peak torque of 230 Nm. The transmission is a 9-speed continuously variable transmission (CVT). The front suspension is a MacPherson independent suspension, while the rear suspension is a torsion beam non-independent suspension.
I've been driving for over ten years, and the lighting controls on the Tiggo 5x are quite user-friendly. The lever on the left side of the steering wheel has a knob at the very top. Turning it counterclockwise to the uppermost position shuts off the lights. For higher trim models with automatic headlights, you need to turn it to the OFF position to completely shut them down. If left in AUTO, the lights will still turn on automatically in dark conditions. Recently, while helping a neighbor with her car, I noticed she often forgot to turn off the lights, which nearly drained the battery. Now, before turning off the engine, I make it a habit to glance at the dashboard to ensure the green low beam indicator is off. If you're temporarily parked at night waiting for someone, just turn the knob back to OFF to avoid blinding pedestrians.
