Use fans to direct paint mist particles and exhaust gases from the spray booth into the pipeline. Employ pre-treatment devices such as wet scrubbers or dry filters to initially treat the paint mist particles. After the pre-treatment process, use activated carbon adsorption equipment and UV photolysis exhaust purification equipment for further filtration. The treated exhaust is then discharged through a 15-meter-high chimney via an induced draft fan, and the emission standards must meet the national secondary emission standards.
I work on the painting line, where handling paint exhaust is part of the daily routine. We use an exhaust system to first collect the fumes, then pass them through activated carbon filters to adsorb harmful chemicals.
