First, start the car engine. Then, click the settings button on the left side of the multifunction steering wheel to enter the instrument cluster settings function. Next, press the "+" volume button three times. Finally, select Chinese in the displayed Chinese-English switch interface on the instrument cluster.

My newly replaced Magotan drives really smoothly, and the LCD instrument cluster makes switching interfaces super easy. The key is the multifunction button area on the right side of the steering wheel. You can use the right-hand scroll wheel or directional buttons to toggle between different display screens, such as the speedometer, navigation indicators, and trip fuel consumption data. The first time I tried it, I sat in the car in the parking lot and slowly figured it out. With just a scroll, the instrument cluster screen changed, switching from minimalist mode to the navigation interface, with high clarity that doesn’t obstruct the driving view. Remember to play around with the settings while parked—customize your preferred layout, like theme colors or the amount of information displayed. Once you get used to it, driving becomes even more effortless. Just don’t switch screens too often while driving—safety first, especially on highways where focusing ahead is more important.

With years of experience in car repair, I find the LCD instrument cluster switching quite smooth on the Magotan. The multifunction buttons on the right side of the steering wheel are the control core, usually featuring a knob or button to adjust display modes. A gentle turn or press allows switching between the speedometer, music control, navigation preview, and trip information. It's advisable to familiarize yourself with the function icons of each button and ensure they respond promptly without sticking during routine checks. Avoid operating them while distracted; only make quick switches at low speeds on flat roads. If the interface freezes, try parking and restarting the instrument cluster system or consult the manual. Such settings enhance driving convenience, so regular maintenance should include checking wire connections to prevent malfunctions.

Changing the interface on my Magotan's dashboard is not difficult. There are buttons on the right side of the steering wheel; you can press up or down to switch the display, like from speed to navigation or fuel consumption statistics. Just don't do it while driving too fast, as it can be distracting. If you can't remember the operation, practice when parked or ask a family member for guidance. For everyday driving, keeping the main display is the most reassuring and hassle-free option.
