How to start a Wuling Hongguang?

Turn the key or press the one-button start. Start the engine, depress the clutch, release the handbrake, shift into 1st or 2nd gear, begin pushing the car, and when the speed reaches 5 km/h, slowly release the clutch and press the accelerator. Open the front hood, connect the negative terminal of the charging cable to the car's negative terminal, and the other end to the other car's negative terminal. Have the other car start its engine, then try starting your car. First, you need a strong tow rope, securely tie the front and rear of both cars together. Then you can begin the tow-start.
Starting the Wuling Hongguang is something I do frequently, and it's actually quite simple. First, sit in the driver's seat, adjust the seat and rearview mirrors, fasten the seatbelt, and pull up the handbrake. Insert the key into the ignition switch. For manual transmission models, you must depress the clutch pedal; otherwise, the key won't turn. Then, gently turn the key to the start position, release it once you hear the engine roar, and the dashboard lights will illuminate. After starting, don't rush to drive off—let the car warm up for a minute or two to allow the oil to lubricate the engine, which helps prolong engine life. Make it a habit to check the battery charge and oil level before starting to avoid breakdowns on the road. In winter, cold starts might be difficult, so you can turn on the headlights for a few seconds to warm up the battery. Remember, safety comes first—always look around before starting to ensure there are no obstacles or pedestrians nearby.
