How to Spray Water with the Windshield Wiper?

Pull the wiper control lever (the lever on the right side of the steering wheel) toward the driver to spray water. If you use it frequently, make sure to check the windshield washer fluid level. If the level is too low, add more fluid promptly to avoid dry wiping. Below is the troubleshooting sequence for windshield wipers not spraying water: 1. Windshield Washer Fluid: Many washer fluid reservoirs can be checked by lifting the hood and looking down. If there is no fluid, simply add some. 2. Broken Pipe: Both front and rear wipers are connected via flexible pipes that bend and turn over time, making them prone to aging or breaking. In such cases, open the engine compartment cover and check for water stains around the washer fluid pipes. If you notice dripping, the pipe is likely broken. 3. Nozzle: If the nozzle is clogged, there are usually two nozzles with four spray holes, and it's rare for all to clog simultaneously. 4. Motor: Have one person operate the washer fluid spray switch while another listens near the motor for any sound of operation. If there is no sound, the motor may be faulty.
