How to Spray Matte Paint?
1 Answers
Spraying matte paint involves the following steps: Clean the car body thoroughly first. Repair gaps with body filler. Apply three coats of primer and sand them smooth. Then, apply two or three coats of topcoat. Generally, matte paint achieves the desired effect with just two coats. Low-quality matte paint is made by adding matting powder to ready-made paint. Dry spraying and wet spraying: Dry spraying results in a rough, sandy texture, while wet spraying doesn't have a sandy feel but has poor leveling. High-quality matte paint is made by directly grinding high-quality matte resin with pigments, ensuring good leveling for both dry and wet spraying.
