How to Solve Oil Leakage When a Motorcycle Falls Over?
1 Answers
If the leaked oil is engine oil, it means gasoline from the carburetor has entered the air filter. Generally, no action is needed; starting the engine a few times should resolve the issue, and it won't affect riding. Observe whether the oil leakage stops after the motorcycle is upright. If the leakage stops when upright, it is a normal phenomenon because the thin tube on the carburetor is an overflow tube. If the oil leakage continues after the motorcycle is upright, it indicates damage to the fuel line. In this case, do not start the engine, stay away from any fire sources, and push the motorcycle to a repair shop for servicing.
