How to Solve Fogging on Car Windows?

Turn the air conditioning temperature adjustment button to the warm air direction, press the defrost button, and use the warm air generated by the air conditioning to dry the fog on the windshield. If the fog is not heavy, you can open a small gap in the windows on both sides to allow air convection inside the car. You can use the wipers directly, but remember to spray water while wiping, not dry wiping. Turn on the air conditioning and direct it to blow onto the front windshield.
I'm all too familiar with the issue of foggy car windows. Driving my kids to school in winter, I face it every day. My go-to method is to immediately turn on the air conditioning, rotate the temperature knob to the warm air setting, crank the fan to maximum, and press the defrost button—the fog usually clears within a minute or two. On humid summer days, I turn on the AC along with the external air circulation, which works like a charm. Here's a handy tip: wiping the inside of the windows with a diluted soap or detergent solution beforehand can keep them fog-free for several days. Also, remember not to leave wet umbrellas in the car when parked, and cracking the windows slightly for ventilation is crucial. These habits can effectively prevent fog from obstructing your view.
