How to Share Keys with Ora?

Open the Ora R1 APP and click on the unconnected Bluetooth key bar in the middle. Start the connection process. Do not power on the vehicle. Open the driver's side door, place the mechanical key into the slot, and step on the brake to power on. After completion, a binding prompt will appear, showing that the Bluetooth is connected. You can then use the Bluetooth smart key to lock, unlock, and start the vehicle by stepping on the brake.
I just bought an Ora, and sharing the key is quite convenient. It's simple to operate through the Ora Smart Home APP. Open the APP, select vehicle management, then click the key sharing function, enter your friend's phone number or email, and set the usage time limit, such as one day or a week. After the recipient receives the notification and downloads the APP, they can use their phone's Bluetooth to unlock and drive the car. Remember to confirm that the other party's phone has Bluetooth and internet connection before sharing to avoid connection failure. This feature eliminates the need for face-to-face interactions when lending the car, saving time and effort. It's recommended to regularly check the APP's permission management, revoke expired shares, and ensure there are no security loopholes. During regular vehicle maintenance, also check if there are any update prompts for the key system. After all, digital keys are much more environmentally friendly than traditional keys, reducing plastic waste.
