How to set up the reversing camera for the 2021 Bora?

Connect the power supply line of the dash cam. One end of the step-down cable plugs into the dash cam, and the other end has two wires, one red and one black. The red is the positive pole, and the black is the negative pole. Route it through the fuse. Next to the fuse where the black wire is connected, there is a screw connected to the car body. Note that it must be connected to the car body to serve as the ground. Remove the rear cover of the reversing light in the trunk. Use an iron wire to thread the cable. The cable splits into two paths. First, pass the power signal line out from the reversing light cover. Unplug the connector, insert a needle into the small hole beside the front connector, and remove the reversing power line. Connect the red wire to it, then plug it back in. One section of the camera cable has a connector. Remove it and use an iron wire to thread it up. For the small notch used for fixing, slightly lengthen it with a small file, then secure the camera with instant adhesive.
When I first got my car, I also researched this. The 2021 Bora's reversing camera automatically activates when shifting to reverse gear, but you need to enable the function first. Open the central control screen and find the vehicle settings, then turn on the rearview camera switch in the parking assist menu. Remember to enable the guide line function—there are static and dynamic lines available. I recommend choosing the dynamic guide lines as they adjust direction with steering wheel movement. Once set up, the screen will display the rear view every time you shift to R gear. If the image gets blurry on rainy days, check if the camera above the rear license plate is covered with mud—just wipe it clean with a wet wipe. This feature is especially useful for parallel parking. When I first started using it, I always had to get out to check the position, but now I can usually park perfectly in one go.
