Lavida dashboard setup method: There are two buttons on the dashboard, the left one with a time symbol and the right one being the SET button. By pressing the buttons on both sides, you can access the corresponding functions, and then complete operations such as radio settings, car navigation, Bluetooth phone, and volume adjustment by touching the screen. The Lavida is a car launched by Shanghai Volkswagen, catering to the diverse needs of Chinese consumers. It comes with 15-inch to 16-inch exquisite alloy wheels, showcasing a muscular and rigid beauty in a sleek and dynamic design, while exuding a strong impact in a restrained manner. The dimensions of this car are 4454mm in length, 1765mm in width, and 1460mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2610mm.
I operate the dashboard settings on my Lavida XT using the control buttons on the right side of the steering wheel, which is very convenient. First, press the menu button to enter the settings interface, then use the up and down arrow keys to browse options such as brightness adjustment, unit settings, language selection, and trip information display. I prefer to set the brightness to a moderate level—too bright at night can be glaring, while too dim during the day makes it hard to see road conditions, affecting safety. For fuel consumption, I usually set it to display average fuel consumption to monitor driving costs, and I can also reset the trip meter to record data for different road sections. Don’t rush to adjust while driving; wait until you’re safely parked by the roadside. I recommend experimenting a bit—the settings menu is quite intuitive. It might be a bit confusing at first, but after a few tries, you’ll get the hang of it. The user manual also includes illustrated instructions, making it easy to learn. Personally, I adjust the brightness once a week to adapt to changing light conditions, ensuring a comfortable driving experience.
