You can find the voice prompt option on the navigation map interface, uncheck or cross it out, just locate and operate the speaker-like icon; If you cannot find the option to check/uncheck "Voice Prompts" on the map interface, you can try looking in the "Settings" interface; If you still cannot find the "Voice Prompts" option in the above locations, click into "Settings" and then select "Destination Guidance Settings."
Adjusting the navigation voice in a BMW is actually quite convenient. I often help friends with this. First, start the vehicle and enter the main menu, then locate the settings option and select sound settings. Here, there's a dedicated navigation voice adjustment feature where you can slide to adjust the volume or choose mute mode. If you want to temporarily increase the volume during navigation, simply rotate the volume knob on the center console—this knob automatically switches functions during navigation announcements. I particularly like the different sound effect options in the voice settings; besides the default alert tones, you can also download celebrity voice packs. Using voice control is even simpler—just say "increase navigation volume" to activate the adjustment interface. Remember to set it up before starting navigation, as making changes while driving can be distracting. Additionally, multimedia and navigation volumes are controlled separately, so don’t just adjust the music volume and overlook the navigation voice.
