How to Set Up One-Touch Window Control in a Car?

Use the lock and unlock buttons on the key fob for one-touch window control. Press and hold the lock button for about 3 seconds, and all four windows will automatically roll up. Hold down the unlock button for about 3 seconds, and all four windows will simultaneously roll down. Inside the car, pressing the window button firmly to the second detent will fully open the window, while briefly pulling the switch to the second detent will automatically close the window.
I encountered this issue right after buying my car - the one-touch window control sometimes fails, especially during winter when the battery is weak. You need to reset the position memory. Get in the car, sit properly in the driver's seat, start the engine but don't drive. First, hold the window up button until the window reaches the top, then keep pressing for about 10 seconds until you hear a slight "click" or notice minor window movement indicating it's learned. Then do the same by holding the down button all the way for 10 seconds. This method works for most models, including my SUV. If it still doesn't work, you might need to check the battery or whether the window motor is aging. Remember to lubricate the tracks annually to prevent sticking. One-touch control is really convenient, especially when in a hurry or during rainy days - no more manually holding the button.
