How to set up auto-lock for the 2021 Tiida?

Turn the key to the power-on position, but do not start the engine. Press and hold the lock button for 3-5 seconds. You will hear a locking sound or see the hazard warning lights flash once, indicating successful setup. The auto-lock function is now activated.
I drive a 2021 Nissan Tiida daily, and setting the auto-lock feature is quite convenient. After getting in the car, don't press the brake pedal—just press the start button to power up the dashboard display. Then use the scroll wheel button on the right side of the steering wheel, press it to enter the settings menu, select vehicle settings, and find the door lock option to enable the auto-lock function. The doors will automatically lock when the speed exceeds 15 km/h, enhancing safety and preventing accidental door openings. I often take my kids out, and after setting this up, I feel much more at ease. If it occasionally fails, restarting the power usually fixes it. Remember to test the feature after setting it to confirm it works and avoid misoperations.
