How to set the odometer display on Accord?

Tenth-generation Accord's total odometer adjustment is located on the left side of the steering wheel. There is a trip button below the instrument panel. You can switch between trip A, trip B, and total mileage to display it. After turning on the ignition, press the reset button on the instrument panel until the odometer displays "0".
Hey, I've been driving an Accord for years, and setting the odometer display is pretty straightforward. Locate the TRIP button on the left side of the steering wheel or the instrument panel, then press it lightly to toggle between the total mileage, Trip A, and Trip B display modes. If you want to reset the trip mileage—say, to record the distance for this journey—just press and hold the TRIP button for about five seconds until the instrument panel flashes, indicating a successful reset. I often reset the trip after refueling to monitor fuel consumption habits—it helps me estimate the cost per kilometer and reveals that driving smoothly saves fuel. In newer Accord models, you might navigate the menu using multifunction steering wheel buttons, with a similar operation. Remember, the reset operation won’t affect the total mileage, which tracks the overall driving history—so avoid tampering with it to prevent misunderstandings when selling the car. Doing these tasks while parked is safe and easy.
