How to Set Tesla Seat Memory?
2 Answers
Open the car door, press the start button, and adjust the seat and rearview mirror to your preferred position. Pay attention to the distance between the steering wheel and your chest, which should not be less than 25 centimeters. Press the memory button M, at which point the indicator light on the button will illuminate. Within a short time, press and hold the position 1 button, and the relevant position will be stored under the position 1 button.
I really love some of Tesla's little features, especially the seat memory settings—super convenient. Every time I adjust the seat angle, including the height, backrest, and mirrors, I just swipe to the control menu on the touchscreen's main interface, select 'Driver Settings,' and then click 'Add New Profile' or 'Save Current Settings.' After naming it, like 'My Favorite,' the system remembers it. What’s even cooler is that it can link to your phone key or key card, automatically restoring your settings the next time you get in the car—no manual adjustments needed. This feature is perfect for tech enthusiasts like me, saving time on long drives. Although occasionally, after a software update, the settings might reset and require re-saving, it’s still pretty smart. Overall, the setup is simple, making driving more focused.
