How to Self-Rescue When a Car Falls into Water
1 Answers
In any crisis, staying calm is essential for rational self-rescue. Develop an escape plan and keep your face as close to the roof of the car as possible to get more air. If you cannot open the door, then break the window; always keep a safety hammer inside the car and aim for the four corners of the window when breaking it to escape. If you cannot swim, find something buoyant in the car to hold onto before exiting.
