How to restart Audi MMI?

Audi MMI restart method: Press the setup button and the button at the upper right of the knob simultaneously, then press the knob. Audi MMI is a new operational control concept developed by Audi: the Multi Media Interface system. MMI ingeniously integrates the operation of all infotainment components within one display and operating system. By simplifying the controller and implementing unified logic, MMI enables quick, convenient, and intuitive access to a wide range of functions and technologies. Audi is an international high-quality car developer and manufacturer, currently a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, headquartered in Ingolstadt, Germany. Audi's main production vehicle series include the A series, Q series, R series, TT series, S series, RS series, and the Allroad series derived from the A series.
As a seasoned Audi driver, here's a universal tip: Never disconnect the battery when MMI freezes! After starting the vehicle, locate these three buttons on the center console—the leftmost menu button, the volume knob on the right, and the map/media button at the top right. Press and hold all three simultaneously with firm pressure for 5 seconds without releasing until the screen goes completely black. You'll hear the system 'buzz' as it reboots, and the Audi logo should appear after about 30 seconds. Once when my navigation froze at a highway exit, this trick worked much better than stopping and restarting the engine. For minor freezes, don't rush to reboot—wait a minute as it might recover on its own. If the touchscreen becomes erratic, clean fingerprint smudges before rebooting.
