Later, I found that holding down these three keys simultaneously works best: the music button, the confirmation button in the middle of the volume knob, plus the back button, hold for 10 seconds without letting go. If that still doesn’t work, you’ll need to perform a full power reset. Open the hood, locate the negative terminal of the battery, loosen the screw and disconnect the cable, wait five minutes, then reconnect it.
